2 whole heads of roasted garlic
125 g (1/4 lb) sliced prosciutto OR smoked ham, chopped
30 mL (2 tbsp) snipped fresh parsley
2.5 mL (1/2 tsp)Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend
Italian loaf OR French bread, split horizontally
500 mL (2 cups) grated Gruyere cheese
Squeeze roasted garlic from skin into food processor. Add prosciutto; purée with on/off motion until smooth. Stir in parsley and Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend. Spread mixture evenly over bread halves. Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes or broil until cheese melts to a light golden brown. Slice into serving pieces.
