60 mL (1/4 cup) water
500 g (1 lb) chicken, cubed
10 mL (2 tsp) Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend
15 mL (1 tbsp) vegetable oil
500 g (16-oz) frozen Chinese-style vegetables
5 mL (1 tsp) soy sauce
0.5 mL (1/8 tsp) ground ginger
1.5 L (6 cups) cooked rice
Preparation
Combine water, Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend, soy sauce and ginger. Add chicken and allow to marinate 15 minutes.
Cooking
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and marinade to skillet; cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Add vegetables and continue cooking 5 to 8 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
