60 mL (1/4 cup) water
500 g (1 lb) chicken, cubed
10 mL (2 tsp) Windsor Nature's Seasons® Seasoning Blend
15 mL (1 tbsp) vegetable oil
500 g (16-oz) frozen Chinese-style vegetables
5 mL (1 tsp) soy sauce
0.5 mL (1/8 tsp) ground ginger
1.5 L (6 cups) cooked rice
Preparation
Combine water, Windsor Nature's Seasons Seasoning Blend, soy sauce and ginger. Add chicken and allow to marinate 15 minutes.
Cooking
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and marinade to skillet; cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Add vegetables and continue cooking 5 to 8 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
