Nature's Seasons® Bread Rolls

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 35 minutes
Servings: One 10-inch Loaf


15 mL (1 tbsp) Windsor Nature's Seasons Seasoning Blend
15 mL (1 tbsp) dried oregano, crushed
15 mL (1 tbsp) dried basil or parsley, crushed
1.5 kg (3-lb) bag frozen white roll dough (36 rolls)
60 mL (1/4 cup) melted butter
60 mL (1/4 cup) grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Thoroughly combine Windsor Nature's Seasons Seasoning Blend with herbs. Arrange 10 to 12 frozen rolls in bottom of greased 10 X 4 inch tube pan. Brush rolls with butter, sprinkle with 1/3 of Nature's Seasons/herb blend, then cheese. Repeat layers of rolls, butter, herb blend and cheese an additional two times. Use complete package of rolls. Cover with greased plastic wrap; refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator; allow to rise until doubled in size about 45 to 60 minutes.

Cooking
Bake at 375°F (190†C) for 15 minutes. Cover top loosely with aluminum foil and continue baking 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; invert onto rack. Let stand 1 minute and gently remove pan from loaf. (If pan has removable sides, release sides first, then invert pan to remove loaf.)
