Pesto Fettuccine Toss

300 g (10-oz) spinach, stems trimmed
250 mL (1 cup) lightly packed fresh parsley
15 mL (1 tbsp) basil
10 mL (2 tsp) Windsor Nature's Seasons® Seasoning Blend
180 mL (3/4 cup) olive oil
500 g (16-oz) spinach fettuccine
Onion (to your taste)
Cooked chicken, cubed

Preparation
In food processor, combine spinach, parsley, seasonings, basil, and olive oil. Blend until puréed into a pesto sauce.

Cooking
Prepare fettuccine according to package directions; drain. Toss with pesto until fettuccine is completely coated. Add chicken.
