Create fun individual napkin rings and place card holders.
4 (1L) cups all purpose flour
1 (250mL) cup Windsor Table Salt
1 1/2 (375mL) cups cold water
Food colouring (optional).
Preparation
1.In bowl, mix flour, salt and water together with floured hands, kneading dough until smooth. If too dry, add a little water. If too wet, sprinkle with flour. Shape immediately or store in a plastic bag until ready to use.
2.Create dough shapes and bake on foil lined cookie sheet until dry (225°F,110°C for at least 1 hour). Thick shapes may need to be turned for the last 10 minutes. Cool, then paint desired colours; let dry. Protect finished shapes with clear nail polish or varnish.
